Inlecom Commercial Pathways (ICP) is the division of the European wide Inlecom Group that focusses on the commercialisation of innovations from the research base. We help researchers, start-ups and SMEs to embed commercial thinking throughout the research phase and support their innovation journey from research to revenue. We guide IP strategy, undertake market sector analyses, develop understanding of customer needs and the real value that solutions can bring and build robust business plans based on these foundations. Originally established in 1996, with the charter of promoting innovative Information and Communication Solutions, the Group has since expanded a presence across five 5 EU member states over the last 20 years. Today ICP are an established leader in domains such as Transport & Logistics, ICT, Healthcare,  IoT, Cognitive Computing, Analytics, Big Data and Security. With an international team of experts in the areas of IP prosecution and strategy, Market Analysis, Innovation Management, Business Planning, and Commercialisation, the ICP team provides strategic knowledge-centric consultancy to help private and public organisations exploit their unique capabilities to create or strengthen their commercial and competitive advantages.

ICP provide commercialisation and IP management services in eighteen EU funded projects. We are currently coordinators of three projects including PRECINCT (Preparedness and Resilience Enforcement for Critical INfrastructure Cascading Cyberphysical Threats) and are active members of the European Cluster for Securing Critical Infrastructures (ECSCI).
