We have received 12 proposals for the Open Call Type B, and 1 proposal didn’t meet the eligibility requirements and another one had a too low score to be accepted according to the evaluations.
Each received proposal has been evaluated by 3 evaluators (two external evaluators and one internal to the EU-CIP consortium) giving a score according to an ad-hoc scorecard, following these evaluation fields:
- Compliance
- Excellence
- Impact
- Implementation
The evaluation results are the average score of the three evaluations. A “Final selection” phase ranked all proposals based on their evaluation scores, considering accepted the proposals with a score greater than 7. The winners are underlined in green:

The allocation of the Open Call budget for the EU-CIP project is a crucial aspect of ensuring the successful implementation of the initiative. With a total available budget of €270,000, the EU-CIP consortium has strategically earmarked €27,000 for each selected proposal, considering a total of 10 new experts who have been chosen through the open call.
