The EU-CIP project is pleased to announce its second training webinar in its series dealing with the commercialisation of solutions and services within the critical infrastructure protection and resilience sector.
This webinar will deal with the general topic of "Solution alignment and business planning". It will cover the following themes:
- Strategies for forging strong customer relationships and effective engagement.
- Exploring the intricacies of the business model canvas and value proposition.
- Spotlighting instances of impactful business model implementations.
As with the first webinar given on the 11.10.2023, each training webinar will be followed by access to relevant template materials to assist those wishing to commercialise their solutions or services, with those completing these materials then able to be supported via 1:1 advisory sessions.
This material, as well as recordings of the webinars, will be made available on the EU-CIP Knowledge Hub.
