As many of you are aware, the EU CER Directive on the Resilience of critical entities (CEs) is in its final stages of transposition to the national law in the EU Member States. The Directive deals with entities (critical infrastructures, CIs), playing an indispensable role in the maintenance of vital societal functions or economic activities in the increasingly interdependent European Union (EU) economy.
It is therefore, important to explore
· stakeholders’ familiarity with the Directive, and
· stakeholders’ views about the possible needs related to the implementation of the Directive.
